Constantine Alexandrakis
Russell Reynolds Associates

Constantine Alexandrakis leads Russell Reynolds Associates' Midwest (Chicago and Minneapolis/St. Paul) offices. His primary area of advisory and search expertise is in board of director and CEO succession assignments for public and private companies across all industries. Below the CEO in the C-suite, his expertise in corporate officer search and assessment spans all functions, with an emphasis on identifying management skill sets that can drive transformation utilizing technology, as well as a solutions/services approach for improving top-line growth.

Constantine's recent CEO search and assessment experience includes helping a traditional manufacturing company find a transformational leader who could adapt the company's culture and mindset to better compete with newly emerging digital competitors. Constantine also helped a B-to-C services company recruit a CEO who could bring strong strategic, governance and investor experience to fortify an operationally-focused management team.

Constantine's recent Board search work includes helping a publicly-held technology company attract an experienced CEO to complement an existing Board comprised primarily of functional leaders and former investors. Constantine also helped a services company recruit a CEO who could bring as a board member business process outsourcing expertise to a business reshaping its model in that direction.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Constantine was vice president of operations at web solutions provider Hostway Corporation, and a strategy consultant for Towers Watson. Earlier, Constantine worked as a financial analyst with United Airlines.
